Who’s there?

As a founder, writer and consultant, Katherine Mengardon spends her busy days juggling across education, neurodiversity, play and creativity.

Diagnosed with ADHD at the tender age of 48, it was a life-changing lightning strike of understanding as she finally saw her struggles and wins through the neurodivergent lens – the crippling cravings and intense emotions balanced by a somewhat superhuman ability to make shit happen.

Hyperfocus definitely on, she deepdived into the world of neurodiversity, finding her tribe. After working with ADHD UK and running online support groups, she completed a coaching accreditation recently to champion positive neuro-spectrum support and awareness for girls and women.

After a pretty epic mid 30s, post baby breakdown, Lex Harvey-Bryn realised how she had actually been experiencing life; she was Neurodivergent.

Pregnancy instantly removed all her well established masking and (unhealthy!) coping mechanisms all she was left with was raw adhd and autism.

Lex has since dedicated her life and career to supporting people to understand how incredible they are in spite of the bullshit their ND can bring.

Driven by a deeply hardwired sense of injustice, courage and a sprinkling of the hyper magic, she hopes to be able to change the way ND minds experience their lives.
